Senior Innovation Footwear Designer, Columbia Sportswear
Zaneta was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and received both a BFA in Industrial Design and my MA in Design Management. Zaneta was able to break into the sports performance industry by participating in a YouTube series called Lace Up: The Ultimate Sneaker Challenge where she competed and won against 11 other designers for a role at adidas. While on the show, she worked on concepts for celebrities such as Dame Lillard, James Harden, Ashley Graham, Anthony Anderson, Fetty Wap, Macklemore, Jamie Chung, and Eddie Huang. Shortly after winning the show, Zaneta began to work at Adidas for five years where she worked on numerous projects across the brand from basketball, Originals and Advance Concepts before moving to Brooklyn New York to work out of the Brooklyn Farm as part of the Innovation's team. In 2023, Zaneta decided to leave Adidas and work for Columbia Sportswear Innovation's team as part of the footwear department.
