Vivian Gomes is the Co-founder and Chief Design Officer at Human Factors Research and Design and SHNORH an agency studio based in San Francisco. He is an internationally respected Design leader, mentor and evangelist. Vivian believes that insights at the intersection of user needs, technology and business helps create highly effective and innovative products and solutions on the foundation of DESIGN.

Products or solutions he has delivered are used every day around the world with delightful addictive experiences by users and customers across cultures, regions, and people of all ages. He is a regular speaker, mentor, juror, and workshop facilitator at events around the world.He empowers teams to craft compelling stories for a connected, seamless joyful-user experience. He drives creation of product and solution portfolios for customers that include healthcare, Social innovation in community uplifting program design and application, AI, Retail, Oil & Gas, Smart Cities, Analytics, IT Security, data Science, GIS, payments/finance, search, startups, Cloud, IOT, wearables, AR/VR, voice and the engineering / automotive industry.
He is a Member of board of directors of the UXQCC, Austria, Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship at CMU, Cal Tech East Bay, Garranto Academy Singapore, UXPA Austria Accredited Professional, and on global forums and boards such as Google for Start-ups, Art Bridging Gap (ABG), LA, Designed.Org, and ADP list. He has juried at prestigious design awards including iF Design, A Design, LOOP Awards, IDA and others. Vivian has presented keynotes at major conferences around the world to packed, compelling, sold out workshops and masterclasses.
