Tony Siebel is Director of Design at Kaleidoscope Innovation, an Infosys company. Tony balances a deep understanding of the design practice with the needs of business and organizational stakeholders, helping to deliver user-centered design solutions and leading teams and projects in medical, industrial, and consumer spaces. With an unwavering focus on the big picture, Tony continually seeks opportunities to grow beyond incremental improvements in devices, processes, and procedures to deliver solutions that will transform life. While previously working at Ethicon as Senior Industrial Designer, he simultaneously led several projects from front-end through production. At Kaleidoscope Innovation, Tony has utilized his creative and leadership abilities in both industrial design positions and project management roles.
