Rebecca is a Principal Consulting Executive with 25 years of business transformation excellence with Fortune 100 clients, delivering value-driven initiatives for automotive, manufacturing, finance, technology, aerospace and healthcare.
Rebecca has held leadership positions with P&L responsibilities in excess of $2B, overseen enterprise portfolios between $25M-$2B, and managed multi-function global teams while driving C-level engagements for GM, Toyota, GE, NASA, Huawei, J&J, Micron, Intel, JCI, Eaton, IBM, Ford, Cisco, BMW, and Mercedes.
Globally recognized as a business innovator and change agent, her foundation was built upon degrees in Industrial and Product Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art and Stanford University, where she is a Stanford University Harley Earl Fellow. After several years in industry, she completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation with a focus in International Negotiation and Dealmaking, and later went on to earn an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology with focus in strategic finance and supply chain management.
Rebecca has been widely published in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Popular Science, and a number of industry-specific journals. She has been interviewed by numerous media outlets, such as CNN and NPR, and was recognized by the Smithsonian Institute for her 1988 student thesis at Stanford University, a patented design for a Hypothermia Suit for Stranded Motorists. Rebecca is passionate about discussing the intersection of design in business, and has lectured at Stanford, MIT, Princeton, Cornell, and other universities.
