Radhika Agarwal

Creative Director, Catapult Design Radhika is a service designer and strategist who is passionate about designing systems and creating authentic solutions to meet emerging challenges. With professional experiences in robotics, design, strategy, biology, and music, Radhika seeks challenges at the intersection of commonly siloed disciplines. Growing up globally in cities such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore, Radhika emphasizes learning from others in multicultural environments. While at reputed consultancies, such as frog design and McKinsey, and start-ups such as WeWork, she brought products to market in diverse spaces such as healthcare, emerging technologies, education, and hospitality. In 2015, she joined Windmill Health in New Delhi as Lead Product Designer, where she designed and implemented solutions to healthcare challenges in resource-constrained settings, bringing the world’s first foot-operated resuscitator from prototype to global market release. At Catapult, Radhika is excited to push the boundaries of what design can mean in the impact space and how we can shift our processes to center communities in creating sustainable solutions. She enjoys applying her design interests more broadly as a Visiting Faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and through creative collaborations in critical design and film.
