I have lived and worked for sustained periods in Europe, Hong Kong and the USA. I started my career developing new products before focusing on interaction design and then becoming an early adopter and evangelist of Service Design.
I am currently involved in two start-ups as an angel investor where I provide design strategy for IxD, Service Design and Product Design. In addition, I am an advocator for Mucho, a dynamic branding, identity and communication agency with offices in the USA and Europe, where I support business development.
I possess a wide range of project and business development experience in interaction, branding, web, service and product design having worked on challenging and diverse projects with leading global corporations and SMEs.
I enjoy lecturing and research and have held a number of academic posts throughout my career which has enabled me to develop ground breaking undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum in the UK and the USA teaching Design Management, Entrepreneurship, Service, Web, Interaction and Product Design.
In my spare time I enjoy fine art photography, drawing and writing.
