Noah earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University, and he is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Louisiana State University Shreveport. Prior to IDSA, he worked with Virginia Commonwealth University, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the American Society of Appraisers.
