Nahid holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Design and a Master's in Architecture. Currently pursuing an MDes in Industrial Design as a Second Master at UIC, Nahid maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA and received the Board of Trustees Fellowship in 2021. As UIC Student Chapter Board President of IDSA, she actively engages with the design community. Nahid was chosen as the primary instructor for a Design drawing undergraduate course in 2022-2023. Additionally, she volunteers at the Center for Canine Behavioral Studies, working with Dr. Dodman as a Design Expert for the Bebite Smart project to create safe dog-child interactions through free educational initiatives.
