Marc Hottenroth is the director of industrial design at GE Appliances, which recently invested more than a billion dollars to revitalize its product portfolio and was acquired by Haier, the largest appliance manufacturer in the world.
During this strategic shift, Hottenroth is leading teams of industrial, interaction and human factors designers in end-to-end design development with a strong focus on human-centered innovation. Blending design thinking with lean methodologies, he and team create product concepts and experiences that are desirable, feasible and viable.
