Luke Entrup is the director of programs and innovation at West County Health Centers—a group of community health clinics serving the underserved residents of western Sonoma County in Northern California.
Entrup’s work focuses on developing a culture of innovation through the use of human-centered design and the introduction of new technologies. The West County Innovation Team is focused on projects that improve the patient experience and health outcomes and transform the way primary care is being delivered.
Entrup has a background in organizational development and executive coaching, having worked with healthcare service providers, health technology companies and small business owners. He holds master’s degrees in public health and in social work from Tulane University, and a bachelor’s degree in contemplative psychology from Naropa University.
