Lucy Lee

Digital Creative Sculptor, General Motors Lucy Lee’s passion for automotive design can be traced to her youth, when she committed to art lessons starting at 11 years of age, following her enrollment in various art clubs and classes. In high school, she was involved with the National Art Honors Society (NAHS), including serving as Vice President for the organization. She also spent four years in the Humanities and Arts Signature Program and interned at Spark Experience Design, a graphic design agency. Thanks to these efforts, she earned the Presidential Buick Achievers National Scholarship from the General Motors Foundation. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the College for Creative Studies (CCS), with an emphasis in Transportation Design. Her work has been showcased at the CCS Student Exhibition show and at the 2015 North American International Auto Show. As part of her formal education, she accepted an invitation to study abroad at Strate École de Design in Paris, France. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Kettering University with a concentration in Global Leadership. Lucy joined GM in 2018 as a digital creative sculptor where she’s worked in several studios, including doing work for Buick.
