Lorenz Hagenmeyer, PhD, is head of user experience international at Robert Bosch, the worldwide operating company creating technology “invented for life.” Bosch’s central department for user experience is the company’s an internal UX design agency across all business units—from power tools and household appliances to automotive parts.
Lorenz holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He also earned a master’s diploma in human factors engineering and technology management—and a PhD in human machine interaction—from Stuttgart University in Germany.
Lorenz is dedicated to user centered design of products and services, and he believes strongly in design thinking.
