Joyce Lai is a Taiwanese Industrial Designer with a deep passion for design research and strategy, based in New York City. She is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, with a minor in Civic Service Design, at Parsons School of Design. Her diverse work includes sustainability initiatives, consumer products, and social justice projects, all anchored by her expertise in mixed-methods research and strategic design.
