2014 Student Merit Award Winner – Western District
In her time at ASU, Joleen studied both Industrial Design and Design Management. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2014, and was also a recipient of the ASU Alumni Association Moeur Award. She developed her professional skill set during her time as an intern at Bell Automotive Products. After graduation, Joleen started full-time at Bell Automotive working specifically with soft good projects, as well as further developing her product management skills. Joleen has a specific interest in not just the design process, but also how design interacts with other aspects of the company. She has an interest to one day be involved in the “business side of design” in order to help others understand the importance and value of design.
