Irina Kozlovskaya, IDSA

Design Leader, Advisor  An accomplished design leader, Irina has helped Google, Fitbit, Nest, and HTC scale through design innovation, cementing their household name status. Before relocating to the Bay Area, she gained valuable experience in New York, working initially for Martha Stewart and later co-founding the consulting firm Vim & Vigor. Her client portfolio included notable brands such as Nook, Kitchenaid, Fabbian, Wedgwood, and Waterford, among others. Irina’s authentic, inclusive, and conscientious leadership style compels teams to create exceptional products. By building diverse creative groups and fostering a “one team” mentality with partners, she ensures the design of responsible, enduring, and sustainable products that captivate users and fuel remarkable business growth.  A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Irina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design. Her work has received numerous accolades, including Red Dot, IF, D&DA, ICFF Studio, IDEA, and Spark.
