Industrial Designer, Oldenburg Group
Hans Nielsen is a Milwaukee-based industrial designer with experience in the design of furniture and lighting products, as well as in retail and trade show environments. He currently works for Oldenburg Group Inc, where he designs architectural lighting products for commercial markets under the Visa Lighting brand, and residential lighting products under the Arcio Lighting brand.
Nielsen’s intention as Chapter Chair of the IDSA Milwaukee Chapter is to help ideate and organize engaging and relevant events in the Milwaukee area. With the help of a great team, he hopes to peel back the curtain on some of the great design companies in the region and make the community stronger through engagement and networking.
