Florian Vollmer is senior design manager, retail presales at NCR, where he combines service design methods with a business perspective to transform innovation processes.
Vollmer also teaches service design and design management at Georgia Tech’s industrial design program, and frequently gives talks at other academic institutions, leading businesses and conferences. He holds a master’s degree in industrial design and has studied in Europe and the United States.
He most recently was a partner and chief experience officer at InReality, where he used service design to reinvent the firm and deliver integrative innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies.
