Beyond design, he is a hot dog enthusiast often spotted on his scooter, searching for the perfect hot Texas Wiener. Statement of Candidacy

I, Fabio, a first-generation college graduate and proud Latino, am eager to announce my candidacy for the Northeast Rep position on the IDSA Education Council. Industrial design was not initially on my career path, but my unique journey has fueled my passion for promoting inclusivity within the field. As an Industrial Design educator, my primary mission is to provide high-quality education and opportunities to students from diverse backgrounds, leveling the playing field for all. I am dedicated to making industrial design an accessible and appealing career choice for the next generation of designers, and I am excited to collaborate with the IDSA Education Council to champion diversity and inclusivity in industrial design education.
