The Confidence Conundrum
Emily will share her personal journey of confidence, starting as the only woman in industrial design at P&G and ending with representing Design on billion-dollar businesses and on P&G’s Innovation Leadership team. She will share real-world stories of challenge, frustration, and general ridiculousness that helped her harness her own belief in herself.

With this, Emily will share her learning and observations from managing and mentoring women and men in her 30-plus years at P&G, and recently working with women as an executive leadership coach. She will share common themes and pitfalls, as well as unique issues faced by women with confidence.
