DeeDee Leng is a senior industrial design student at UIC. She is passionate about how people connect with each other, and intends to use design to build a deeper understanding of relationships. “I think design is a great communication tool that allows us to break barriers and instill positive change,” she says. DeeDee also describes herself as a “retired figure skater, snowboarding hobbyist, donut enthusiast, and future dog mom.”
