Craig is a strategic results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in Design Thinking, Human-centered Design, User Experience, Innovation Management and Product Management. He has collaborated on projects with over 70 mid-tier to large global fortune 100-5000 companies such as Fidelity Investments, ITW, Ford, GM, Disney, NFL, NBA, NASCAR, Coca-Cola, and GlaxoSmithKline in an excess of 30 different industries to implement effective development and growth strategies, market and segmentation strategies and product positioning and launch strategies. Craig has also helped numerous companies to enhance their product development processes enabling them to be more agile in effectively gathering, assessing and translating user insights, and market intelligence into viable growth strategies.
In addition, Craig has been teaching at the college level for 17 years, starting at Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute, where he taught alongside Don Norman. In Atlanta, he taught at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the School of Industrial Design courses focused on managing complexity, sustainability, systems thinking and strategic problem solving. He also taught design thinking in International Affairs and guest lectured alongside retired General Philip Breedlove. In 2019, Craig joined the Savannah College of Art and Design's faculty to help launch their Industrial Design Program in Atlanta. Over the years he has developed eight special topic courses and has taught over 40 classes on design thinking, human-centered design, innovation management, product management, sustainability, engineering design, prototyping, human factors and creativity. He has international experience and conducted countless lectures and workshops on Design Thinking and Human-centered Design in the United States, Japan and China
