Claire Duncan is a French American graduate of the industrial and interaction design program at Syracuse University. Claire is driven to use design to make a positive impact on people's lives, with a focus on studying and improving their experiences with products, services, and interfaces. Whether it’s called design thinking, service design, CX, or user experience design–they share the same user-centered focus in finding ways to make interactions seamless, useful, and even delightful.
Claire is also passionate about sustainable innovation, and works towards applying her empathy and passion for environmental justice to the development of products, services, and experiences.
