He's supported entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organizations through business model design, deep community engagement and the development of educational curriculum using the tools of Design Thinking.

Accelerating Sustainable Business Transformation
Bill will offer a case study of a work in-progress: How do you accelerate sustainable business transformation at a 70-year-old conventional manufacturer? In an open exploration, he will talk about how New Futures Lab has leveraged Design Thinking as a way to catalyze support for sustainability, while speculating on new futures for the food packaging industry…and how that work has shifted due to COVID-19.
