Since joining Newell in 2014, Tim Morton has led design teams for multiple brands under Home Solutions, Rubbermaid Commercial and Tools. Previously Morton has partnered with global clients as part of an international design consultancy. He has also led forward thinking development for the LEGO Group across play materials and new ventures. With a passion for discovery, travel, user centered design and emerging technologies, Morton brings experiences across multiple categories connecting the dots across multidisciplinary teams to create compelling new product experiences.

In 2013, Newell Rubbermaid, then a $6 billion company, made a significant commitment to drive its growth game plan into action by opening a state-of-the-art Design Center in Kalamazoo, MI.
