A Cincinnati native, Josh earned his BS in ID from the Ohio State University in 1999 and has been practicing industrial design professionally ever since. During his employment at Index Design, (currently Fisher Design) he worked on projects for companies including Brita, Coca-Cola, Hamilton-Beach, Hobart, P&G, Scott's Lawncare, RJ Reynolds and Sony.
Since 2002, he has run an industrial design consultancy called Element Product Design Studio on the east side of Cincinnati. Element has provided design services to over 400 clients primarily in the Midwest.
Josh served as Program Chair for the Industrial Design Technology program at Cincinnati State from 2009-2014, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, DAAP.
