Carl Hildebrand is passionate about social innovation and civic engagement. He has been cultivating community and conversations around design in South Florida for the last 15 years. Carl helped launch the US Green Building Council South Florida Chapter serving as program chair getting consumers interested in products and services that benefit people, planet and profit. At The Wolfsonian-FIU in Miami Beach he curated programs which brought the 1845-1950 design collection to life. In 2009, he won the Radical Innovation in Hospitality Design hosted by The John Hardy Group (JHG) and Hospitality Design Group. Carl also serves as director of PechaKucha Miami, FuckUp Night Miami, and SingularityU Miami Chapter.
