The Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) is co-sponsoring KeyShot Designer Night as one of the world’s largest consumer technology events, CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2018, takes off in Las Vegas. Organized by Luxion, KeyShot Designer Night is set for 8–11pm on Jan. 11, 2018 at The Otheroom, located at the entrance to The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace, 3500 S. “This is a great opportunity for the design community to get together and network in a fun and relaxed atmosphere,” says Jeff Hayden of Luxion. “In 2017, we had more than 200 designers from a variety of markets in attendance. It’s great to have IDSA and AMD as co-sponsors of the event this year. A big thanks to both organizations for joining forces with us.”
KeyShot has held the event—featuring networking, drinks and appetizers—for four years and attracted a growing crowd. For 2018, there’s a new twist. “I think everyone will love the new location at The Otheroom, an indoor/outdoor space right on the Vegas Strip,” adds Hayden.
And Grayson Byrd, IDSA—lead designer at Dolby Laboratories and former IDSA South District Design Conference speaker—will take over IDSA’s Instagram to bring you the best of the best from the floor of CES 2018, run by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and expected to draw more than 170,000 industry influencers from 150 countries from Jan. 9–12 to the Las Vegas Convention Center.. CES features advanced technology through new products, innovative ideas and thought leadership.
