Northeast District Design Conference 2017

Expect the Unexpected! IDSA’s Northeast District Design Conference 2017 will be The Unexpected Conference—with wonderful collaborations, fortuitous conversations and surprising new solutions! If you want to be inspired by sensational speakers; rub elbows with design’s most talented students and professionals; and co-create with top design organizations and learn about the latest design tools and techniques in new workshops—join us! Design attire is optional—but networking is required!

The Unexpected Conference will be held March 31-April 1, 2017 at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)with ID programs ranked by DesignIntelligence at number three for undergraduate and number two for graduate in the United States. The conference will spill over in unexpected ways to Providence, deemed in recent times by Travel + Leisure as “America’s Favorite City,” for, among other things, “brimming with New England charm,” boasting a “hip downtown” and earning raves as a “legitimate culinary capital.” Join one of three, pre-conference tours of RISD, College Hill and Providence. And don’t miss the arts scene.

On your way to or from NEDDC, drop by Boston Design Week, which has partnered with IDSA this year.
