Industrial designer are called upon to design products, services and experiences for uncertain futures. How can they predict the colors, materials and form trends in advance?
For the past 15 years, Anouk Groen has combined her backgrounds in Product Design and Marketing Management to consult clients in various industries that need regular updating and forecast CMF trends. She identifies and analyzes emerging trends by finding the source of each trend and telling the story that goes with it in relation to each product. Her clients include automotive, transportation, sports products, telecommunications, audio visual and fashion accessories.
In her 40 minutes presentation, Anouk will share examples of her past research and share some of the methodologies she utilizes that can be adopted by product designers in any field. Her presentation will be followed by a Question and Answer segment.
