The COVID-19 pandemic hit the one-year mark in NYC last month. It has changed the world, our lives, and the NYC community. However, we’re the designers who use a human-centered approach to solve the many challenging problems during this crisis. We proved that design can play a role in making the world a healthier place. One year later, we rethink, refresh, restart for the post-pandemic life. IDSA NYC Chapter invites five guest speakers to share their work and insight from the pandemic. We will discuss the new era of human-centered design after the pandemic with attendees.
