Verkada’s access control system is a scalable solution to secure doors and validate credentials designed for buildings of any size. The AC6216-Door Controller is the brains on the back end processing credentials and unlocking doors; the AD32 Door Reader is the user-facing touchpoint at each door. The door reader was configured to permit installation on a single-gang junction box or mullion door frame right out of the box. On the back end, the system redefines the installation UX for access control by using clear labeling, cable management, and an intuitive wiring system to bring simplicity and ease to a historically convoluted process.
