The Chinese word “niu nai” (the milk of cows) exhibits a strong connection between cows and milk, indicating that there won’t be milk without cows. Nowadays, however, things are changing. Milk can also be produced by oats. The advertising poster replaced the usual scene where cows are being milked with a scene where large and beautiful oats are being milked by farmers. The goal of the design is to convert the stereotypical perceptions of consumers to convince them that milk can also be produced by oats.
