Drywall scanning and cut-out system

The Drywall scanning and cut-out system allows efficient measuring and cutting of drywall for wall penetrations, such as plumbing, conduit and air ducts. The handheld laser scanner locates the position and size of the penetrations. The device creates an image of the scanned information, which is sent wirelessly to a router attachment. Using sonar location technology, the router attachment determines the tool’s location on the drywall sheet, allowing the user to make precise cuts.
