The Cuisinart CEK-40 electric knife breaks out of the traditional mold of electric knives with a sinuous form, a culinary aesthetic approach for its stained black finished handle and silver accents. Cuisinart has done a nice job bringing a professional scale dimension to a mundane product. The stand to hold the electric base and blades can either stand on the kitchen counter or fold up and stored in a drawer.
