Nordstrom needed a way to combat their high turnover rate, which was attributed to employees’ lack of product knowledge. A training CD-ROM was created that educates the staff on different brands, materials, cuts, etc. It is appropriate for everyone from the newbie with no technical information to the experienced retail person who must learn the Nordstrom method to the long-term employee who needs a refresher course.

• The interactive tutorial can be used without a live trainer.
