Lead Designer, Bird Buddy
Matt has been practicing Industrial Design for 15 years and is currently the Lead Designer at Bird Buddy, a local tech startup in Kalamazoo, MI. He has a passion for connecting with people new or familiar and bringing exciting products to life through that partnership.
Matt has a big spot in his heart for Design Education and has taught classes at universities, sponsored design studio courses, and continues to mentor young designers to become strong and passionate professionals.
When the Design Cape comes off at the end of the day, he loves spending time with his two boys, hiking with his partner, cooking international cuisine, and experimenting with photography using his drone.
