Senior UX Researcher | Hatch
Madison is a Design Researcher based in the bay area. She has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design and after years of working in hardware has focused more on the human side of design and research. She loves using her background in design to help translate insights and findings from research into actionable design criteria for new concepts and products. She has experience across industries working on products and services in finance, health and medical, food and beverage, and urban planning.
Prior to joining Hatch, Madison has worked at various design consultancies including IDEO, LUNAR Design (now McKinsey Design), and Karten Design.
