IDSA Houston Kickoff Lunch Event Recap

The Houston chapter held a kick-off networking lunch-in as its inaugural event this past October at Saint Arnold brewery in the heart of Houston. This gathering brought our Houston design community together for the first time, allowed both student designers and professional designers to meet face to face and make meaningful connections. After chapter officer introductions, we were able to lead multiple groups in brainstorming ideas for future events that would be valuable to our specific community, and ways we can connect with IDSA abroad. After productive ideation, we played group games, shared a meal, and enjoyed a drink with one another.
