Judy is a human-centered design leader with 15+ years of experience in industrial design, design strategy, innovation, and product development. She is passionate about creating meaningful, user-centered solutions and has successfully launched over 40 consumer products, holding 17 patents.
Her expertise includes creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leading design teams. She has built and led high-performing design functions, developed multi-year innovation roadmaps, and shaped visual brand language for major consumer brands. She has also managed design consultancies globally and established internal ideation and design processes.
Most recently, she led human-centered experience design and packaging strategy at Kimberly Clark, defining a 5-year experience roadmap. Previously, she established the industrial design function at Ferrara, setting the foundation for long-term innovation. Her work spans a wide range of consumer products, from Graco baby gear and Nike footwear to Sunbeam electronics and Nerds candy.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Design and Art Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University.
