Rajat Shail is a senior director experience design at Honeywell. Charged with transforming the Fortune 100 conglomerate into a design leader and admired brand, Shail has helped architect a 300 people-strong design house with multiple studios across the globe.
Previously, Shail contributed to industrial, brand and user experience design for brands such as Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Jennair, Motorola and Steelcase. A graduate of master’s programs at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute of Design in Chicago—Shail’s design approach transcends tangible product design to the innovation of methods, services and systems.
