She has previous experience in association management, organizing an international awards program and exhibit for The MQG, an arts education nonprofit. With a background in communications and graphic design, Colleen is excited to be putting her varied experience to use in furthering the reach and accessibility of the IDSA awards programs. When not working, Colleen enjoys all manner of traditional craft, from pottery and woodcarving to quilting, knitting, and rug hooking. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, with kayaking being her activity of choice.
