Molly is an association management professional with over 30 years of experience, focusing on professional awards and recognition programs. She is excited to collaborate with the IDSA community, supporting and celebrating their outstanding work and achievements through the IDSA award and recognition initiatives. Prior to joining IDSA, she was the director of member recognition for the Society for Marketing Professional Services located in Alexandria, VA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and a Certificate in Business Ethics from Cornell University. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her 3 dogs and 2 horses.
