Smart Crayfish

Smart Crayfish is an underwater robot that plants artificial coral to restore the self-recovery ability of coral reef ecosystems. It relies on a pair of flexible robotic arms to complete the operation. The underwater drilling and planting can be accomplished through the different tool modules, such as the underwater drill and metal gripper mounted on the robot arm. It is also equipped with high-definition underwater cameras, sonar, a satellite positioning system, and other technologies to ensure that the robot can complete the planting operation.
