The Jet Bot robot vacuum uses a Lidar sensor, which is commonly used for self-driving vehicles, to create an exact floor plan, which makes it capable of more than just cleaning. The front camera can be used to view the house or check on pets. The front 3D sensor uses deep learning to remember what to avoid—such as wires, pet waste, fragile glass items, and more—and demonstrates better performance over time. The auto-emptying station lets it self-clean for up to three months with no intervention by a user.
