The Hyundai 45 concept sets new standards for the upcoming electric vehicle era. It shifts the idea of a vehicle as an object for mobility to one that offers a comfortable room-like interior. All interior elements deviate from typical automotive interiors to create a living space consisting of furniture, blinds, and mood lighting. The roominess is achieved by placing the battery flat in the lower part of the vehicle. The exterior design is a departure also. Rather than a traditional square-shaped construction, all unnecessary elements were minimized and a diamond shape was used in which the glass and the door merge into a single surface.
