Mihai Hogea, IDSA | Western PA Co-Chair

Mihai is currently an Associate Industrial Designer at Philips Design in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the past year he has worked with a multidisciplinary design group supporting the Home Healthcare business within Philips. Previously Mihai was a Jr. Industrial Designer at Process 4 in Cleveland, Ohio. There he focused on mechanical design and product sourcing. His experiences range from consumer product development to heavy construction and medical product design.
 
Mihai received his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in March of 2010. While in school, he was an officer of IDSA student chapter, as well as competed in the Mideast district IDSA student merit competition. He was a member of the National Technical Honor Society, and upon graduation he was awarded the Best in Show portfolio award.
