Marco Perry, IDSA | Northeast District VP | Pensa

Marco Perry is a founder of Pensa, a Brooklyn, NY consultancy that focuses on product strategy, design, development and invention.  Pensa's product designs succeed because they are rooted in an understanding of people, the products they use and the contexts in which they use them.  

Marco has over 15 years experience designing and engineering just about everything from diapers to lab equipment to vending machines.  He is strategic, inventive and intelligent in his approach to business and product design.

He has enjoyed lecturing, judging competitions and organizing design conferences.  Marco's work has earned several awards from IIDEX/Neocon Gold, BusinessWeek/IDEA, Spark Award, Chicago Anthenaeum Good Design, Appliance Design and a Medical Design Excellence Award.  He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute.  Marco is currently the Norteast District VP of the IDSA.
