Kevin Shinn

In my current position I am the Global Industrial Design manager at Dow Corning Corporation.  I joined Dow Corning in 2007 to lead the transformation of the company toward design.  I have helped create a new design culture within Dow Corning, leveraging the company’s technical and scientific background to create proven experiences and solutions.  Prior to my current position I was the head of industrial design for Rubbermaid Home Products.  I have an extensive background in consumer, toy and automotive products.  I am currently the IDSA Mideast District Vice President and I have been a member of the board of directors for the past 3 years. He is an alumni of the College for Creative Studies where he holds a degree in industrial design.
