About the Talk: At the outset of almost any design job, various stakeholders and collaborators begin work with noble intentions. But good intentions do not always lead to best practices. In this talk, John Devanney uses a number of digital products and designed experiences to show us all how to derive better design practices from the best intentions of the people we work for and with.
About the Speaker: John Devanney is a principal at Moment, a digital product design firm in New York City. He got his start as an industrial designer at Fitch. After moving on to Sapient, he led the experience design of websites and web applications for AT&T, GM and Vodafone.
