IDEA 2011 Jury Chatter | Stefan Pannenbecker

When the 2011 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) Jury convened at The Henry Ford in April 2011, we posed some questions to some of the folks participating in the jurying process.

In this installment, we asked Stefan Pannenbecker, VP of Design at Nokia, about whether last year's jury made the right call in adding sustainability to IDEA's list of core criteria, what constitutes great service design and the value proposition of entering a design awards competition.
